Loan bid might be worth a punt. Most Arsenal fans seemingly disappointed with his efforts to try and fill in for the injured Wilshere last season.

Wenger unlikely to give up on one of his protegees though, so a loan move probably far more likely if he is to leave.

It was more replace Fabregas. Arteta was filling in for Wilshire.
