SPECULATION - Luke James

I know I'm a new member, so it is very early for me to speculating anything (but I have been a Reading supporter my entire life).

But, I've heard through a couple of sources that Hartlepool's Luke James has handed in a transfer request; thinking about our current firepower in the form of Pog, Blackman, Robson-Kanu, Cox and the Youngsters(potentially Mackie, depending on what Adkins decides to play) - James would be good to look at after he won Hartlepool's Player of the Year last year?
He could potentially rival Tanner and Dom Samuel?

Just curious what you all think?

If he can potentially rival Tanner or Samuel, i think i'd stick with Tanner or Samuel.

If he's potentially as good as Tanner or Samuel, i think i'd chose Tanner or Samuel.

When I said to rival them I mean't since he's only 19.

But why bring in someone to challenge our academy players for the occasional place on the bench. Why not just show faith in our academy players
