According to the media the fee is £1.5m. That is not ambition, it is stupidity.

Sir Dodger Royal Hull are obviously showing some ambition unlike our egotistic tight fisted old ghit of a Chairman.

Real Facts Real World.

Dodger, apart from not being able to spell, you always come across to me, as a fat cardigan and slipper wearing fairweather fan. Having unfortunately heard you trying to stutter some old shite on Radio Berkshire once I think I'll take your "Real Facts. Real World" comment with the pinch of salt every other normal Reading fan would.

To be honest, I don't really know why I can be arsed to comment. Maybe because it's Christmas, I've had a drink, and you're a pcunt.

Can't get a game at 17th placed Leicester; moving for a daft sum to 15th placed Hull. Remind me why we should even remotely care about this?

Because it shows a chronic lack of ambition from our tight-fisted chairman.

......or something like that.

Spelling depends on where you are educated. If like Dodger it's Cambridge, then you add an extra T. It's like pronunciation. Us Cambridge types pronounce Donar kebabs as Doanar, where as RTG's can't afford them and in most cases are braindead.

Simple really. Real Facts from the Main Mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

If that is the fee being touted i would rather go without a striker then sign him

Matty Fryatt is hardly the striker we need, he's not any different from that which we already have. Therefore, who cares? And I agree 1.5m is grossly bloody daft.

And his wage demands are utterly ludicrous. He and his agent have a vastly inflated opinion of him. And Hull are stupid enough to gamble on him, because they know if they don't go back up this year or next they go bust. So what difference does it make if they go bust for £5million or £50 million?

...would much prefer Watford's Danny Graham - shame the club seem to be moving away from the financial difficulties they were in, so no need to sell their best players...

I think they will keep selling their best players, although not at the same rate perhaps. Like pretty much any team in the Championship, regular income doesn't equal regular expense, so it's either profit in the transfer market or get a very rich benefactor.

Gone to Hull

Fryatt agrees Hull deal
Striker to sign three-and-a-half-year deal

Skysports.com understands Matty Fryatt has agreed a deal to join Hull City from Leicester City.

As revealed by skysports.com earlier this month, Hull had agreed a fee with Leicester to sign prolific forward Fryatt when the transfer window reopens in January.

Fryatt has now agreed personal terms on a three-and-half-year deal at the KC Stadium, with the move subject to a medical.

Hull are believed to have agreed a fee in the region of £1.5million to see Fryatt reunited with former Foxes boss Nigel Pearson.

The Tigers are keen to tie up the deal as soon as possible, but Fryatt will not be able to make his debut for Hull against Leicester on New Year's Day as the Foxes do not want the striker to come up against his former club.

Are Hull just signing every striker they can lay their hands on? Didn't they sign another one a couple of weeks ago?!

At least Hull were prepared to spend Premier League drop money on players as opposed to the Madman bailing out a printing company.

we'll see what happens if they fail in their promotion bid shall we, before we start holding them up as the epitomy of good football/well run club

Listen boys. Crawley Town are buying players with bids more than RFC are prepared to offer.

It just shows how rediculous RFC are in terms of ambition. Plus the Madman's printing company is still losing millions and has yet to break even.

What a jokeeeeeeeeee
