hughsies no.1
hughsies no.1 The hold up isn’t because Wilder hasn’t decided, it’s done and dusted with him.

The hold is because Dai hasn’t signed it off yet. The hold up is with him.

This.

You can say it as much as you like, you've given no reason to believe you.

Adie WIlliams is stirring up the rumours on Twitter....saying he has seen a car with a number plate that could relate to Steve Cotterill near Sindlesham this morning with someone inside wearing RFC gear.....

Well that would guarentee my not getting a season ticket again then.

Did this number plate say "Cotterill 1" then or just "SC1" or something and if the latter how does he know it wasn't Steve Coppell?

He has now said the last three letters were SJC.....however both Steve Cotterill and Steve Coppell have a middle name beginning with J
 ....anyway just relaying what is on Twitter.....not my thoughts in the slightest.

If it does end up being Cotterill, I was a bit against at first but his record at Shrewsbury and his record there on a small budget is actually pretty decent.

Still would not remain my first choice and naturally would prefer a Wilder appointment but if there are any legs in this, it could be worse.

However it be Steve Cottrell, our head of Academy Sports Science who also has a middle name beginning with J.....does he earn enough to drive an expensive sports car?

Would be most likely - as although the club is a bit of a shambles if a new manager had actually started turning up for work, I'm pretty sure something would have leaked.

Unless Cotterill is going with the dress for the job you want approach and just turning up in the hope no-one notices that he doesn't actually work there.

Anyone these days can drive an expensive car, majority of nice cars on the road are on PCP.

Probs gets a nice discount through our sponsor. Anyway, don't think Ady was teasing Cotterill, he was teasing Coppell. But was just yanking us regardless.

Ady Williams is as funny as a kick in the lady parts. I also wish he'd give up his punditry which is just littered with stupid questions like "Now, you tell me this... if Reading win the next 3 games, do you think they'll go on to win more?"

Meaningless drivel

This.

You can say it as much as you like, you've given no reason to believe you.

Tis what dellor intimated this morning also. Whether you believe dellor or is also up for debate mind. But he did say he has been speaking to a number of staff and players over the last few weeks. And there is frustration right the way through the club at how long it’s taking and dai is the hold up. Dayong Pang does not have the authority to appoint, the buck stops with dai. Who apparently is busy with his other work stuff atm. This is all according to dellor anyway

It's certainly plausible. Dai is a useless kunt. Dellor's pretty 50/50. Obviously has contacts, but also an absolute clown.

This is all so predictable, yes it could be any number of reasons for the delay and sure it’s still only mid June but you just know how this will probably play out, drags out and we end up with either a) some random unknown manager or b) an established manager that is totally underwhelming and the idiots on Twitter wet the bed

I suspect that if Benjy Nurick had still been around he would've found out a lot more. He worked really hard at his profession. I think it likely that far more phones and door bells would've been ringing repeatedly.
