I never knew High Wycombe was in Wales and I even lived there for 10 years........

Man Friday Apparently Rodgers wants to buy Church. It's not hard to imagine Church wanting to go.

brendywendy i get sentimentally attached to most of our players, specially the yoof.
but im worried hes not really that good. could be another henry/cox(will probably be good enough after a year of playing first team footy)

Ian Royal NO! Church has the most potential of any of our strikers and this would be suicidal given we already need to buy one striker in January.
Besides, Swansea have a chance of going up and play 4-2-3-1. Where the feck does Church fit into that scenario?

Hoop Blah Church has played a lot of his early football as a wide forward in a 3.
He's done it for us a little too, but perhaps more important Rodgers will no doubt want players that allow him to make tactical changes and not be reliant on one formation.

Terminal Boardom If the club were to allow Church to go and not have at least 2 replacements lined up then something is inherently wrong with Reading FC. This would amount to footballing suicide.
