PURE SPECULATION - Rowan Vine

Has said to fans on Twitter that he will not be playing for QPR again and that he doesn't think anything is going to change there. Always remembered him to be fairly good when RFC have played against him and is good friends with our midfield enforcer Mr Leigertwood . 6ft1 and a decent finisher. Would be very good playing up the top for Reading in my opinion. What are people's thoughts on Vine?

Vine suffered a serious fracture of his left tibia and fibula on 3 April 2008 during a training session.[10] He did not make another first-team appearance until April 2009, and has since been used mainly as a substitute. Vine has been told by manager Neil Warnock in July 2010 that he had no future with the club,[11] and was not given a squad number come the new season. He was then consequently loaned out to Hull City on a month's loan on 1 October 2010.[12] He made his debut the following day at the KC Stadium in the 0–0 draw against Coventry City.[13] On 25 November 2010 he started a loan period at Brentford until 4 January 2011.[14]

He's also scored 5 (yes, 5) goals in 51 apps for QPR.
