Hound Dazza suggesting we have bid for Kilkenny again (loan)

He's brought it up but just to add to his tweet - nothing new I don't think.

Stranded Bertrand is the exact kind of signing we should not be making. 34 years old and coming off the back of a bad injury.

On the other hand, offering him training with the squad and monitoring his fitness to offer a short term deal not restricted by the window seems a no brainer.

Hound Is he right or left back?

Anyway one for the u21 you’d think. But with the way our team is currently you never know

We're more than well stocked for youth football, less so senior.

Carson, Maragh, Clarke...

I do wonder if we have any sort of plan sometimes or if recruitment is just based on what shiny player catches our eye at any particular time.

Am told there is currently nothing in the rumours linking Rinomhota to a return. Reports of him being at Bearwood this morning are false

Reading FC
@ReadingFC
We can confirm that 32-year-old goalkeeper Dean Bouzanis has completed the paperwork on a loan move back to
@suttonunited
– the League Two club he was last with before signing for the Royals last summer.

Good luck during your loan spell, Deano!

I understand letting him go in principle, but I don’t understand how Joel Pereira is meant to be an upgrade on him. Unlikely to be much better.

Ha not sure he can be described as shiny

Think there’s a fairly clear plan at youth level and end of the day if he doesn’t impress he’ll be out the door in 12 months time at a minimal cost to us. That’s fine

Just a player better suited to our style. Which is reasonable enough

Hound Did rino sign for 2 or 3 years there? Guess it could be loan with him joining perm next season if it works out

Do think L1 is his level honestly but he should be fairly strong in it

Would be more interested in Sawyers from Cardiff - been transfer listed

Always thought he was a very capable player and would add some experience to a young squad. Although looking back, his winner in February went a long way to relegating us

WestYorksRoyal Rino would be a good fit for Selles. Energetic, can press, capable of carrying the ball upfield. Could see him as the muscle in midfield alongside Savage, as Hutch will get an injury at some point.

I hope Rino doesn't come back. I didn't really rate him when he was with us

WestYorksRoyal Would definitively take Bertrand - add some experience to a young team. Not been with a club since June though, so would need 6 weeks or so to get up to speed.

And been injured too but then that'd mean he'd fit straight in.

I do feel like we could do with a bit more experience in the team, Bertrand would be a risk but could be a brilliant signing for us

Mentioned it earlier but Joe Bennett is also available as well, 33 years old but could only need him on a 1 year deal assuming NGW goes. Don't think we need a LB if NGW stays though either.

All the noise on Twitter is that Ballard (loan) is a done deal, good move if true.

Not sure it’ll satisfy the HNA obsession with loaning our youngsters

Hopefully he’ll do well and come back ready for the first team squad
