I should have thought that if you can 25/1 for any manager who is currently in the bottom 3 it would be worth a punt.

Would you want to see what the odds on Phil Brown are too though ?

You can only see McCarthy being such long odds if Brown is odds on and they know he is a dead man walking.

We still have a manager!
Besides, I wouldn't want that fake Irishman at Reading.

You can only see McCarthy being such long odds if Brown is odds on and they know he is a dead man walking.

That's a fair point, but Wolves are away to Chelsea then home to Brum. They will lose the first of course, but if they also lose the 2nd the pressure will really be mounting on him.

Hull, on the other hand are at home to West Ham and Everton in their next 2 games....

Mind you, I didn't know the above when I made my last post, so your general point remains a very relevant one!!

If you were ferguson tho, why go to Hull, like us they are a small time club having a cpl of seasons at the top, Wolves on the other hand, big club, massive history.

What massive history? They were only successful for a couple of seasons.

The same Wolverhampton Wanderers that were once declared "The Champions of the World"? - admittedly by our own press.
The very same club that has two FA Cups to its name, two or three (?) League Cups, and three Division 1 Championships to its name? I believe they also took part in a European cup final:- UEFA Cup if I'm right. Take the time to look it up.

I see I was nearly right. English champions only three times.

EDIT: Oh, they have been to a UEFA Cup final? But they lost. Even Middlesbrough has been to that final and lost.

Portsmouth and Huddersfield have won the championship about the same numbers and I don't think that they're massive clubs.

Spacey, you're a cock (that one's not for Rother).

Wolves have got to be close to being one of the 20 most successful clubs in the country, if not there. They have fairly decent support too (numbers).

Roy Keane saying something is more likely to make it not true than true.
