Adam Llalana

by Crowthorne Royal » 24 Nov 2009 22:44

This guy is mustard and should be a transfer target in January. We should now start planning for survival this season with another push for the prem the following season.
This guy looks like Andrew Surman....but much better. Pards did often pick a playerand he's definitely done so again with this guy.

I wonder if dear old RFC will pick him up or whether we as ever will let him be snapped up by 'keener' suitors ?

On this subject why did we not pick up Henri Camara when Sheff U did ? They haven't got bags of cash and are a similar club to us. I think with his Premiership quality he could have found our missing goals.....which still remain a problem.

As for Camara WCBAP

If Crowthorne thinks this guy is worth a look, why not email the club. Not like the scouts work by trawling HNA? is it!

Not sure if Pards had much to do with it considering Lallana was in the Saints first team last season and was very highly rated, Pards wasn't there then. Plus he would be far too expensive for us. Also, Sheffield Utd are much bigger than us, hence why they can pay Harpers wages and we can't.

as good as he is, we really don't need another attacking midfielder. we have sig, howard, matejovsky, davies (who is doing really well on loan) and bozanic (talented but had a lot injuries). We should be focusing our efforts on a striker.

Pards didn't 'pick' this player, he inherited him from the clubs youth and we where linked 12 months ago. Out of our league nowdays anyway

Yep, we all keep forgetting Saints got relegated, it seems hard to believe given how huge and quality they are.

He is from Bournemouth but went to Saints as a young lad and has always been well thought of mainly as a goalscorer.
Nothing to do with Pardew-he was kept partly to appease the fans who would have probably rioted if Saints had sold him as well as both Surman and McGoldrick.
