Smoking Kills Dancing Doe Shittu is better than Pearce, Coppell doesn't want to play Bikey. Shittu would not be cover and would improve our starting 11.

Wycombe Royal I agree, but as I said previously we won't get a player in on loan who is better than what we have unless they are promised first team football, why sit on our bench when they could sit on the bench of their Premiership club?

Sun Tzu All a bit theoretical though ! I have reasons to think the Shittu option is not just something dreamt up on HNA and definiteoy think it would add depth to our defence and avoid us having to make lots of changes in the event of an injury or use players in positions which are not ideal.

There is no way Shittu will come here unless he thinks he will be a first team regular and if that happens it will be a kick in the teeth for Alex Pearce who has done nothing wrong (as he is the one most likely to make way). As adefence we aren't conceding many goals and we have 5 fit players who can play in that position. We do not need a sixth.
