yes, and he gave us a budget which included all the money he was happy to spend in one window out of that pot.
which we spent.

thats 10 million, and that is 10 million more than JM would have been able to put in. to add to the 5 million he put in last january that JM also wouldnt have put in
and add to that the backing he gave us that meant we didnt have to sell more players in jan/summer where JM would have been forced to.

if he thinks more money is available, he'll give it to us in jan.

if its not enough i guess you'll want him out too.

Mr.T10 Also regarding Shorey, just saw a cracking stat.

Nicky Shorey has created as many goalscoring chances as Chelsea's Juan Mata this season (28).

Just ok.

Gorkss has created 47...

Oh, you mean for US.

Also, Robson-Kanu should only be used as a sub, again not good enough to start in this league.

And finally Jason Roberts needs to play for the team and not for himself, when he's playing with either Noel Hunt or LeFondre they can make a big impact, but I don't think he gives it his all unless there is glory in it for himself

nonsense

nonsense

You act like a child, people are allowed an opinion without the bollox response that you offer above.

HRK is clearly not Premier League quality on a consistent basis. He is built like a rugby player, can't cross and is unable to take his man on.

The only "clear" aspect of many Reading fans' assessment of what constitutes a Premiership player is that they haven't got a clue. When we signed the likes of Kitson, Doyle and Long the most common observation was that the club was displaying a distinct lack of ambition. Long was still being deemed not good enough for the Championship just months before WBA spent millions on him.

At HRK's age, suggesting he's "clearly" not good enough is utter nonsense. Like many young players he's inconsistent but has been more than a handful in this league when playing well.

HRK agreed - still lots of promise.

Roberts - talismanic game-changer last season, and still a hard worker, but no longer the basis of a dependable premiership strike force.

Gorkss - pretty poor recently, including at Wigan, in contrast to Morrison. (Missing Pearce, notwithstanding his part in inflated contract dispute, and not seen enough of Mariappa to have an opinion.)

Money - the reason I'm still not panicking is I sincerely believe Anton's money is there for Brian's asking in January, after he's given the existing squad (incl Brian himself) a fair shot.

Meanwhile maximum positive support through these games against our relegation rivals.
