Fantastic kit let down by an abysmal sponsor logo. Shame.

Just read that 1&1 changed their colour on the logo for this kit, their brand colours are blue and white which are the colours of Schalke, which I guess is a nice touch. But yeah, the logo itself isn't great.

Along with background patterns on shirts, logos to fit club colours also seems to be a thing this season. Chelsea another example - whilst Three do from time to time change their colours to suit a promotion, their company logo is 'normally' white with a black outline.

The red and white of Carabao meant it looked okay on our kits. The green Waitrose not so much.

Most brands have a single-colour or reversed option though. Three use the white version on the footer of their image library page:
https://www.threemediacentre.co.uk/image-library/brand/. Looks pretty good on the Chelsea kit IMO. Casumo's logo is generally teal/turquoise, but they used their purple version on our home kits, presumably to increase its visibility.

It's quite surprising how either a poorly-designed logo or poorly-perceived brand can really alter the impression of a kit. The leaked new Nike/Liverpool kit would look a lot nicer if they had a 'better' sponsor than Standard Chartered. Think that's why the Inter kits have always looked so good. Two great colours, stripes and an iconic Pirelli logo.
