Do they always have to be purchased from the ticket office in person?

Had to get my Dad to send Villa and Wigan tickets recorded delivery.

Err, no? You can buy them over the phone and they will mail them out to you. If you have left it until Saturday to buy your Villa tickets then that is your fault
