That's the Scotland game done, they lost 2-0 to stupid goal keeping.

England later tonight, don't think we have any players in that though.

Craig Tanner ‏@CraigTanner27 8h
This season has been my best and worst all in one, from being out for 13 weeks with my ankle to getting on the bench twice with the first...
Team, scoring 13 goals 12 assists in 16 games looking forward to putting in some graft in pre season and help win the championship next year

Love the confidence, can he step up to the first team?

I'd to see Tshibola, Kelly and Tanner all get some game time next year. Not saying first team regulars but just being involved.

If we have Taylor staying with us I'd find it hard to see a route for both Tanner and Kelly to emerge at the same time, although Kelly like Kuhl are 18 so could have an extra year, ones for the season after perhaps.

Sweeney seems confident he can get in/around the first team too.

McCarthy (24), Pearce (25), HRK (24), Karacan (25), Obita (20)

With Pearce, HRK and Karacan all emerging in 2008 at 18/19 you'd have to feel that for Hector (21), Taylor (22) and Samuel (20?) to fully embed themselves in the side it must be their last real season.

I don't think we have any players in the u21 team apart from Samuel that are 20 (shows just how well our youth team did this season if this is a group of 18/19 year olds!)? But if the u21s are going to get a chance they should be at the age where if they will be good enough they should be developed enough to start pushing.

[edit: forgot Ryan Edwards. Has another year with us, another attacking midfielder. Seemed to be 'ok' for Perth Glory, lots of politics over there with his dad being manager, then being fired, then the 'auld guard' reverting the side to type. Don't think their fans think he'll make it with us, but that he has potential to be one of the best at Perth. He'll probably do a Bozanic and go back to Aus when his deal expires end of next year and carve out a decent A-League career]

I can't see Samuel making it here sadly, injuries have held him back sadly and with him being, what, 5th choice? you can see why Ugwu (21.. pushing 22) was let go, with Samuel still having another year on his contract I can see him going on a free the year after.

Scotland have realised the error of their ways and picked both our fake Scots. They beat Germany.

Both were quite impressive in the little that I saw. Particularly Jules who was big, quick, with a very cultured left foot.

For those wondering about those joining the u18s/u21s.

New signings are

Andrija Novakovich has been mentioned extensively previously @AndrijaNovakov3

and possibly Justin Thompson-Lee, Daniel Akinwunmi and Joe Tupper. I know nothing about any of them except Thompson-Lee and Akinwunmi appeared for the under 18's after the turn of the year.

Previously with us were all of the below, I've seen all except Harrison Bennett as appearing for the u16s last season.

Harrison Bennett, he joined us aged 9 from Lydiard Youth. He was born in Swindon.
Joshua Barrett is an Ireland u16 international striker @10joshbarrett
Luke Southwood. @lukesouthwood1 Southwood was with the u15s last season and you might recall got called up to an England goalkeeper training camp
Ryan East @ryan_east98
Josh Chatee @joshchatee
Gabe Osho @gabeosho

Pepe the Horseman OUT for following U16s on twitter.

I just keep track of where they are tbf, if anyone wants to follow them or keep a list that's their own business.

Southwood is the only one that I think I have on there.
