BR2
SCIAG McCarthy; Gunter, Hector, Pearce, Obita; Williams, Guthrie; HRK, Drenthe, McAnuff; Pogrebnyak
Subs: Federici, Morrison, Kelly, Akpan, McCleary, Blackman, Le Fondre

The same set-up that was doing well before Guthrie's suspension. Drenthe behind the striker. HRK on the right.

Wouldn't mind 4-4-2 with Le Fondre in for HRK.

As you are the only one on here so far to include Kanu (2 goals this season?) I would like to know what you feel that he brings to the side.
This is a serious question.

Well, I wanted to give McCleary a bit of a kick up the backside after a few disappointing matches. I want to include Drenthe and McAnuff in other positions. The alternatives are Blackman and Stacey. HRK is better than either of them.

Remember that he's spend most of this season being played out of position. On the wing, he is much more threatening.

Rumbling from the press wagon on the twatterscape suggesting that Bridge will be back in today. That's a fantastic boost for us, but where does it leave Obita? We're definitely not short on the left wing. Crap pitch will probably lead to long balls, and I think HRK is a better target man.

Sammy Igoe would be a better target man than HRK.

He did quite well up top on his own when Charlton came to the Mad Stad.

If this was to be a game of skill I'd agree with you, but I feel that this is more likely to be about physicality, and he's just a bit beefier than Obita.

Guess Hector won't be signing that contract then.

He's beefier - but he's also a complete pussy.
