As with Richards it has been great to watch the vast improvement in both of their games-gradually with Richards but quickly with Tom.

What I like about his play is that he attacks the ball rather than wait for things to happen.
If he progresses at the same rate as he has this season he could well become good enough for the Premier League but so far, so very good.
