I was told new cards would be sent up for renewals !Hendo wrote:If you've just renewed then the new season will be loaded on to your existing card.
If a new card, dunno, maybe drop the club an e-mail.
If it’s Club 1871 you’ll get a new card regardless.Nameless wrote:I was told new cards would be sent up for renewals !Hendo wrote:If you've just renewed then the new season will be loaded on to your existing card.

As long as they arrive before the Sheffield Wed game then no need to panic
That would be true as you cannot be renewing an 1871 ST so you can’t have an existing card to load on to.CountryRoyal wrote:If it’s Club 1871 you’ll get a new card regardless.Nameless wrote:I was told new cards would be sent up for renewals !Hendo wrote:If you've just renewed then the new season will be loaded on to your existing card.

Fair enough. Slight tangent but I’m always really impressed with our ticket office, it seems really efficient and everyone is really friendly. A much better experience then dealing with some clubs when I have in the past.Nameless wrote:That would be true as you cannot be renewing an 1871 ST so you can’t have an existing card to load on to.CountryRoyal wrote:If it’s Club 1871 you’ll get a new card regardless.Nameless wrote:

I renewed ST in same stand/seat and was told I’d be sent a new card. I think I was told the wrong info, but it was what the TO said....
Normally, I wouldn't bother replying. But after a few beers...here we go...The Enfield Royal71 wrote:Aren't you fan of the year?Barney wrote:Jeez. Grow a pair please.

I am a fairweather fan and will gladly jump ship again if things are bad after xmas.
You can, I had one.Nameless wrote:That would be true as you cannot be renewing an 1871 ST so you can’t have an existing card to load on to.CountryRoyal wrote:If it’s Club 1871 you’ll get a new card regardless.Nameless wrote:

How predictable is that......Snowflake Royal wrote:You can, I had one.Nameless wrote:That would be true as you cannot be renewing an 1871 ST so you can’t have an existing card to load on to.CountryRoyal wrote:

They’re doing brand new cards for C1871, so even if you did renew you’ll still get a new card. It won’t be loaded onto an old card.Snowflake Royal wrote:You can, I had one.Nameless wrote:That would be true as you cannot be renewing an 1871 ST so you can’t have an existing card to load on to.CountryRoyal wrote:

I'm only saying you can be renewing a C1871 ST, because I have done exactly that, no idea whether they're doing new cards or not. I have an existing card that could be loaded onto.Hendo wrote:They’re doing brand new cards for C1871, so even if you did renew you’ll still get a new card. I agree. Far too many children on here. The Cube wrote:The club have stated quite clearly on several occasions that all adult season ticket holders will receive a new card for this season. For example, the section headed "Will I receive a new Season Ticket for 2019-20?" at:

The same message is in the confirmation email that I have.
Of course, many of the preceding posts in this thread are by people who appear to be children, which is no doubt where the confusion arose.
So if you are a ST holder aged under 18 do you still use your existing membership card? When I renewed I was told we would get new cards sent to us. We have stayed in our same seats in the ED.One87One wrote:“As a reminder, all Season Ticket Holders aged 18 & Over as well as any fan who has moved to a different seat for the 2019-20 season will receive a new Season Ticket card this season; all supporters in Club 1871 will also receive a new card.”
I expect so yes.Zip wrote:So if you are a ST holder aged under 18 do you still use your existing membership card? When I renewed I was told we would get new cards sent to us.
