I've never seen people piss in a sink in a theatre, or someone leave a discarded pint glass in the urinals.bcubed wrote:Why not?Green wrote:I know football is gentrifying but I think we're a long way from football fans having a slash at half time being indicative of general hygiene standards.
It's a cross section of the population same as people gathered in pubs and clubs, cinemas and theatres. I don't think hand washing is normally undertaken that often or thoroughly. And if people are still not doing so, despite being given the warnings, it strikes me as worrying

The problem is that in most places you have to touch the taps with your hands. So, having got your hands clean, you then touch a potentially contaminated tap again to turn it off! As one expert said, the only way to get around this is to use one tissue to turn the tap on (then discard), another to turn it off (and discard) and a third to open the toilet door (I know there are none from the urinals at the Mad Stad) on your way out and then discard that!bcubed wrote:Why not?Green wrote:I know football is gentrifying but I think we're a long way from football fans having a slash at half time being indicative of general hygiene standards.

Because, of course, none of our own citizens will have travelled and brought it back into the country! And there will still be 'freedom of movement' with the necessary visa/passport.karbota wrote:Another reason why we should close our boarders and end the freedom of movement.
Is there an "assist" stat with that?Snowball wrote:The Johns Hopkins University site has a daily update,
every country, many by state, with confirmed cases,
deaths etc.
What interests me is that you may read, for example,
UK 384 Cases, 6 deaths but what is not widely-reported
is that just EIGHTEEN are considered recovered.
Worldwide.
119,451 Confirmed Cases
65,972 Recovered
53,479 NOT Recovered
4,635 Deaths
I think this explains why the death-rate is so wildly different
between countries. Germany is only 0.13% (2 People) but of
those confirmed cases only 1% have recovered, as yet
Seems like the death rate of 3.89% in China, 6.22% in Italy might
be nearer the eventual death rate
ATM the UK death rate is 1.57%. Where will it finish?
B&Bs? please elucidate.Snowball wrote:karbota wrote:Another reason why we should close our boarders and end the freedom of movement.
What have B&Bs got to do with this?
