Technically that's not true.

He's made 21 Championship appearances and scored 1 goal. He's scored goals at every level except Championship, which really is the important level.
So if it was reworded as "Loader is clearly work in progress, but this guy has scored at every level he's played in so far, including on the International scene", you'd accept it....

For clubs to pick up young talent they have to act way before the stats start proving they are good. The wealthier clubs are willing to predict which players will make it otherwise they miss out. As long as one or two become big they can afford to write off the expense of the majority that don't. Look at Chelsea.

Yes exactly

If Loader was to score 10 before Christmas next year, it won’t just be wolves wanting him and it would be a lot higher than 10m asking price

If they think he might be the real deal they’ll pay a decent fee now to ensure they get him

25 million asking price for Harry Wilson - 22 years old

Considering no-one had heard of him 18 months ago, surely this can put the argument to bed

Danny Loader will not be going for 2 million (seriously) or anything like that. It'll be double figures minimum

Wow, maybe triple figures then?
Swore I read somewhere he ‘needs a loan in Lg 1 or 2’ a couple months ago.
That was before ‘that’ goal, of course.

Loader was not equipped for a Championship relegation battle. He was too slow on the ball and too often shrugged off. Now we've survived it however, I think the experience will do him good. And we saw that in practice with two good performances vs Boro and then Birmingham

It's all too easy saying loan him out etc...it has to be the right club which is always a struggle to find. However, I would still rather see him loaned out than playing reserve football by all means

"Triple figures" comment is ridiculous. People have their opinions which is fair enough, but if you really think Loader is worth 2 million in today's climate, then I don't think you're paying attention to current prices. In today's market, double figures for Loader is perfectly reasonable

Put it this way, I think we'll kick ourselves more if we sell Loader on the cheap and he goes onto be a "superstar" than if we reject any bids now and he doesn't turn out great

Not sure where you have been but he has been talked about for years within the younger ages of football.
A brilliant season last year at Hull followed by another at Derby (lots of publicity at Derby, match-winning goals and high profile club with Lampard being there) means that his star is shining very brightly.

With Brewster coming through at Liverpool and the way that they now play it is unlikely that Wilson would be a regular so a mid-table Premier League club is the next obvious step.

To mention Loader in the same breath and value is plainly ludicrous based on what each has so far achieved in men's football and ,despite the many postings of opposing views, I just can't see any clubs paying big bucks at this stage for our Danny.

A lot of football fans had heard of Harry Wilson 18 months ago. He was seen as the next big thing in Welsh football four or five years ago.

Well you can say one thing about his agent, he`s bloody good, meanwhile in other news Aaron Tshibola has been released by Kilmarnock this week, another young player with stars in his eyes that listened to his advisors and ended up nowhere.

He hasn’t. He has just gone back to Villa, he’s still got a contract there

This is absolute bloody madness if true. The kid needs a prolific season 1st to prove himself. 1 wonder goal does not make him the next big thing.

In honesty, I hadn't heard of him until about 14 months when he was performing well for Hull

The point still stands...25 million is still a large fee for someone who's never proved it in the Prem, certainly when you compare the figures thrown around here

James Maddison went last year for £20m and Wilson has had a bigger reputation for longer.
