Friday's Legacy i didn't see it go out during the game? i saw it end up in the top tier of the west and come back again.

I agree. Unless the game was so boring that I fell asleep, the ball did not go out of the stadium during the game. I'm sure there would have been a massive cheer if it had!
Would need a comeback from Martin Hicks to stand any real chance of doing it during normal play!

I agree. Unless the game was so boring that I fell asleep, the ball did not go out of the stadium during the game. I'm sure there would have been a massive cheer if it had!

indeed. i think you're mistaken tbm, i'm certain of it. everyone's eyes are on the ball and there would have been a reaction to the ball clearing the roof, and there wasn't.
as for james after the final whistle, no idea. no one else seems to have mentioned it.

wingnut The ball was definitely kicked over the west stand twice as TBM says. A replacement ball was thrown onto the pitch pretty swiftly after the first time and, as already said, the second time was at the end of the game.

Wouldn't it have rolled down in to the car park? - when it rains etc it must be slightly sloped?
