Nameless Given that we were fined because Vibrac were involved with 3 other clubs does that mean the other clubs have also been punished, or are the PL clubs allowed to do stuff like this ?

loyalroyaldaz The fine is suspended however the club have to pay the £39k legal costs !!
So thats a Guthrie and 9 Nick Blackmans....

They certainly are - from section 6.3.1 of the full judgement: "in the season 2012/13 the Club had been in the Premier League and the transactions in question were not a breach of Premier League rules."
Of course, the Premier League's attitude towards financial management is well known to be exemplary.
