We've seen what he's capable of at League One, could maybe justify as a back up option, wages permitting but this is about his level.

Fine as a squad backup. No more

You can't have Richardson bemoaning the fitness levels of players only to sign someone who has barely kicked a ball since leaving us through injury.

Based on what Leam has been quoted as saying about squad fitness and what JJ has said about the manager is the one who picks the players then this won't happen.
Also the link is between the player and the club not the player and the manager and like all good clubs unless you know Leam you're not getting in.

He's signed injury prone players before and injuries give him another excuse for failing to deliver!

We could do with someone who can hang in a good cross.

Well the club could do with some divine intervention.

So actually it’s a yes from me but for the reasons stated above. We already have 3 centre backs but could do with 4 for cover. Finding a player to come in and be fourth choice is difficult, a player that can sit and wait for maybe 10 games a season. He is also versatile and can play left back and centre midfielder giving injury cover in those positions.
Is he better than other options no, but also will he give squad depth and cover that will be reliable as he is a fan and will play for the badge yes. Also likely he will be cheap and he is still young.
Also it means we can focus any funds we have on another striker option and another couple of wingers.
So it’s a yes from me as a squad player.

Would agree with that generally but my issue with him is his injury record, as recently he seems to be that he’s made of bubbles.
Anyway, rather have Jim.

I do agree that it does come down to fitness, but due to the part he would play in the squad this hopefully could be managed so he would be available when needed to be called upon.
