Always great to have a pantomime villain in opposition colours. Loved the 1-0/2-0 & it's Millsy's faultJack Celliers wrote:Mills - I hope he realises we love him really
Agree that Forest are the worst team we've seen this season. Disagree with literally everything else.bobby1413 wrote:Funny how people saying the performance wasn't that good but we got the win... in contrast I thought we looked great. At no point did I think Forest would score, they are the worst team I've seen this season in fact.
If we strengthen in January then I think we are nailed on for a playoff finish
The players are the limitation to the system not Stam. The substitutions yesterday were both spot on. I'm sure that Stam has a clear mind as to where he'd like strengthen the team first.mbb wrote: Stam 7/10 for his refreshing honesty after the game, needs to mix it up a bit with moving it forward, sometimes gamble on a drop/goal kick and the midfielders picking up a 2nd ball. Gets a bit predictable otherwise.

Agree - Forest had 2/3 clear chances : the faffing around debacle in front of the goal (AAH saved the day again), the blinder in from across the goal (the AAH save of the day/week/month/season) and then the clear miss in the second half (same shooter as the second one?). There were many nervous periods where I thought Forest would score, and at 1-1 anything can happen. I do think though that the play offs are looking a realistic possibility - we're only a point behind Norwich at the moment. Who would have thought that at this stage?Vicky Pollard wrote:Not sure if seriousbobby1413 wrote:Funny how people saying the performance wasn't that good but we got the win... in contrast I thought we looked great. Forest had 21 shots and 5 on target, and Al Habsi was man of the match? Their finishing was sh1t yes, but you can't say they didn't look like scoring.
I'd be inclined to agree. But, we are 5th...sandman wrote:Stam is the limitation, not the players. This team need to let off the leash, they're good but they could be so much better if he let them mix his rigid style up and express themselves more.
