Just tried to upgrade a child's ticket for tonight's game to be told the club are allowing no ST upgrades for the game.

Err - upgraded my daughter's ticket for this game and it was an easy, straightforward and painless process (makes a change). Also purchased tickets for the forthcoming game against Darlington and upgraded the ST for this game as well.

If I can get an upgrade I see no reason why others can’t – unless it has something to do with the timescales involved i.e. upgrading the member card in time or arranging for a paper ticket to be printed; although I see no reason why a ST can’t be upgraded at a moments notice unless the ticketing system has severe restrictions.

Also upgraded last week, bit more expensive of course (£22 I think). They confirmed you could only upgrade evening kick offs and only do it 3 times in the season.

Spoke to Ken. He said he'd got the same response when he tried to upgrade the Diddymens' STs.

Thanks for the helpful advice though.

You've done well to get more responses on this thread than the one started earlier.

Depends what you are upgrading from. An under 16 to adult upgrade is nearer £20 whereas an 18-21 ticket upgraded to adult is only a tenner.
