Removal of the TV's so you can move when you get through the turnstile. It would also help if they were widened.

bb0118 Travel Agents?

Costa Coffee?

Macdonalds? (lower level tier, bottom of y25 perhaps!)

Would Compass have exclusive rights to be the only business selling food?

Discuss.....

Come on, you've had a quiet stadium for the last 8 years, what more do you want?!

Since they've banned smoking in the concourse, they're nowhere near as packed now.

Child restraints and a ruling that all small children have to be tied to the seats during gameplay, no running backwards and forwards for hotdogs.

How about having people order and pay for their halftime food/drinks before the match and then just collect them with a receipt at half time? They can call the tickets out one at a time even.

I like this idea! Missed the first 5 mins of the 2nd half yesterday due to the doddery old bird serving our queue. 3 times per person she brought over the wrong order  .
Also bring back the hot cookies, not just advertise them, actually sell them!

They have a special PSP/XBox room at the top of St James Park, for the young season ticket holders. Mind you, you have to be under 16 to sit in that area.

And move them away from the exit so that I can get out without having to negotiate people trying to catch other results.... in fact, why not announce the results over the PA inside and outside the gound come final whistle?

A proper queue management system, people who speak English behind the countes, and kiosks run by sevral different organisations so there is competition.
