Even back then we were penny pinching by not changing the official stationery as soon as Mcghee left

I've applied and have a framed letter from Nige.

I remember when Coppell was hired.... Nige said that he'd received close to 50 enquiries.

Who's Graham Denton (the 3rd director at that time?) What happened to him?

His letter to the club merely said: "I'm free!"

Still around IIRC.

Someone please find that application the Boro fan sent to Steve Gibson, who gave the best reply. Think it was on the Fly me to the Moon Boro website?

Dawn Denton used to run the Promotions Department at Elm Park. She was very friendly with a revered left back. Allegedly.
Don't know why Graham left.

I've also got a rejection letter from when Pardew left signed by Nigel Howe. It's framed and hangs on my bedroom wall just above my bed. It's the best piece of football memorabilia I own. Also got the letter of application in the same frame alongside it, citing my success with Reading on Championship Manager as it then was :D
