Right then.STAR have informed me that the suggestion has been put forward to the club, but as things stand it would be hard to sell two sets of tickets at the same time.An alternative could be that instead of the tickets being processed at the time of the transaction, when you buy a ticket as a member of 'The Reading Kill Squad' a ticket is reserved in your account(added to a list) and then a period of time after the tickets have gone on sale eg a week, the 200 members(or the random number who have bought a ticket) are allocated a section of the stand at once. This would get around any instructions from the home club to sell the tickets in a certain order,as well as selling two lots of tickets as effectively the "Kill squad' would just be like one large group booking.

Thoughts and criticisms?

When does this begin? And when we order our tickets do we ask for the kill squad or whatever it is :?

Any further progress of 'The kill squad' has been some what limited. However i feel that this great advancement in online ticketing system could be a big step forward in terms of home games anyway. Our first Carling cup game next season (if we are at home) could be an ideal time to try and coordinate some kind of group booking/get a load of people that want to sing and stand together from the unsightly rabble that is hob nob in one block/couple of rows of the stadium.Maybe the y25ers would be reluctant to get involved but the for the rest of us scattered around the stadium its down to the man with the plan.As soon as tickets go on sale to non season ticket holders we can locate an area in the North/East stand with free seats and all book up using the fancy individual seat planner on the official site.

Alternatively we arm ourselves with rolling pins and hunt down Colin oxf*rd and RTFC drummer, although i was hoping to save that for another day.

Yeah, how did this end up. The alternative suggested by Royalshow sounded fine. Why are Reading so set against helping the fans improve the quality of their match day experience. We ask just one little thing...
