Rangers

by Dirk Gently » 01 May 2008 22:06

Am I the only on watching this? Utter stupidity from Cousin getting himself sent off in the second half of extra time at 0-0!

Just what his team needs in the semi-final of the UEFA cau when they've got something like 29 games to play in 3 days!

Stupidity by the rules, but the fact thats a red card really annoys me.

He pushed his head against the other guy. No clash, no butt, and the other guy screams and falls like he's been shot

Yeah, it's on here.

Oxf*rd cable was on the fritz throughout the last hour of Zenit's hammering of BayeROFLMAOn.

Ragners [sic] for the win...

rather enjoyed that.

Zenit were superb earlier on today. The 4th goal is a very nice finish.

Couldn't quite believe some of the comments in the British Media for this match.

Rangers were sh1t and for most of the tie didn't even try and attack. Reminded me of Red Star in the 91 European Cup final.

5 goals in 8 games and they are in the final! LOL

If Fiorentina had adopted the same tactics they would have been labelled Disraceful, Ultra Negative Spoilers. But as its Rangers, it was a "Heroic" performance for British Football.

Come on Zenit. 4-0 against Bayern was an awesome performance.

Fair play to Rangers, never thought they would be anywhere near the last 2.

Incredible that Italians were moaning about Walter Smith's tactics, and anyway did they think it would be anything different.
Cousin was stupid, but I've seen Cuellar and he looks an extremely good defender.

Rangers will do well to keep him.

Looking forward to both European Finals now.

Last night, they were VERY good. Jonothan Wilson of the Guardian has written about them as well.
