Boyband It's quite clear from the line-up for the reserves game that none of the those players will be involved tomorrow night, with the exception of Murty who came off after an hour or so. Got a sneaky suspicion he might make the squad.

I'll be dissapointed if he does.

Did you not read my earlier comment. You will have nothing to be dissapointed about.....

The only possible concern though is an injured Rosenior that will play anyway. :|

I'd go with:

USA

Rosenior Pearce Bikey Armstrong

Henry Karacan Harper S.Hunt

N.Hunt Doyle

Subs: Federici, Gunnarsson, Convey, Mooney, Ingimarsson

^ agree Henry maybe needs a game. Kebe is so hot and cold.

You wont see Ivar dropped when what we need right now is a voice and experiance.

Kebe is a home player - he has to play tonight. I have seen nothing from Henry to suggest he is anywhere near as dangerous as Kebe.

Henry has done well in the League Cup so far, shite opposition obviously but at least he doesn't fall over himself on a regular basis. Having said that, watching Kebe play makes me feel all warm inside so why not.

Mourinho has never tried to sign Kebe, has he?

Seriously, how many times have you seen Henry play? The lad is quality for his age, and has been touted as a future first teamer since he was about 15. He's only gone up since then and is definately near or above Kebe's level- he's certainly "somewhere near".

ive seen nowt from henry, from numerous reserve games that he will make it at this, let alone a higher level, and id have kebe ahead of him anyday, despite his inconsistency

i live to be proven wrong though, and id love him to cement that RW place for himself
i just dont think he can yet

THis is the same Henry who has failed to hold down a regular place when he has been out on loan? Kebe was our most dangerous player against Palace and got the crowd going on numerous occasions, I doubt Henry has that ability yet.

To suggest that Henry "is above Kebe's level" is laughable.

Are either of them really good enough? If honest, no-one really expects too much to happen when they get the ball. Shouldn't really be like that, Oster was the same. I blame the parents.

The only reason he couldn't get a first team place at Norwich was the loan rule. Norwich had a decent right winger (Chadwick?) but needed players in other positions, which meant they couldn't play Henry.
He held a regular place with Bournemouth and scored a few goals for them, one of which was rather good IIRC.

To suggest that Henry is nowhere near Kebe's level is more laughable.

I think neither are anywhere near each other's levels.

Same here. Still the potential for some tinkering when a couple of players are fit and the bench could do with some work. But very pleased. See how well we'd be doing if I was in charge!
