Reading about to make an approach for him. Will he join though? He'll get more money to spend on players and a bigger pay packet.

Ideal With so many done deals we'll end up with 5 or 6 managers..

Would be an interesting new way of managing a club - kind of the management equivalent of what Neil Warnock does with strikers. You could use the SC approach of using a rotation system where the manager who wins a game, is allowed to manage the next game. As soon as he loses a game, the batons passes to the next one in line ....

Why do you bother? I suppose it COULD be true but you have posted so much drivel over the years that no-one takes anything you say remotely seriously.

Who was the first with the news about Reading wanting Coppell? I thank you! 8)

Although I'll have to get an update from Nigel Howe this week. I assume it's done and dusted though as some players have been shipped out.

Darren Ferguson didn't impress me as a player and he isn't going to impress me as a manager either.

Apparantly The Posh have turned down an approach from Reading to speak to Darren Ferguson and they have stated that Fergie will remain manager of the Posh for next season.

But Ferguson a bit miffed that he wasn't allowed to talk to RFC (love their chairman's quotes btw)

That old scattergun approach is paying dividends for you !

Surely the shock would be if we rolled over and accepted whatever over inflated figure their chairman had plucked out of the air ?

Notice I said, "about to make an approach" - which the club did.

Not exactly 'first' though - Ferguson's name has been on the list for a while.

Mention enough names and you'll get a few right.....

My prediction that you were dropping all the names you could so you could claim to have got it right and be in the know was also correct.

I think my prediction was rather more impressive and given a retarded Monkey could have made it that says a lot about yours.
