2 in 8 is a good step up though.

As I say, he's powerful and pacey. Could see him being an excellent 'support' striker, holding the ball up, laying them on and scoring them.

The same Cody McDonald that the commentator and analyst at last years away game, totally oxf*rd themselves silly over, whilst longing to have his children...whilst at the same time producing the square root of fcuk all (and losing 0-2 to us.)

NO FANX. Move along, there's nothing to see here.

To be fair he gave Bikey the right runaround for about 40 minutes until Duberry intervened.

That can't be right I thought Duberry was useless and at fault for everything RFC related? :P

Agreed, hence the thread. A lad who was playing non league last year who now can't get a game in League 1 is going to be the lad that hits 20 goals for Reading in the championship.

Clueless.

So you'd sign him then, Jay? No, thought not.

One league start in two games, one goal, club's joint top scorer in league...

Quick sign him up - he scored the 1 in a 7-1 defeat...

Cody MacDonald is one for the future but not at the moment. Totally unproven, his last two games for Norwich have been poor after bursting onto the scene.

Someone described hims as powerful. Pacey yes, but he's a teeny weeny chap.

He's in goal for Norwich for the last 8 minutes tonight. And he's a short arse.

A very good young prospect. Good scoring record at lower levels, a keen eye for goal and pacey. We'd do well to sign him. He would be an immediate improvement on Shane Long, certainly. A player that should be deemed 'one for the future' and that would be an impact player from the bench with his pace. He's the sort of player that gets bums off seats. Who here currently does that when they get hold of the ball?

I don't think we need an impact striker from the bench-we already have one in Shane Long.
What we need is an impact striker with a physical presence to start games.

Now dropped from the last two games by a Div One side and we need to buy him. Get a grip.

You're right. Why buy the likes of Doyle, Long, Kitson. Who were they? They were just young players with potential to develop. Get a grip indeed.
