And I don't recall Doyle Long or Kitson being dropped before we signed them.

The fact is, that on the evidence so far, there is now way we should be considering buying Cody McDonald.

If you're suggesting we should just blindly buy players on a whim, then that's a different matter. I'd prefer to look at the evidence and come to a conclusion.

That evidence includes the fact that Cody McDonald has been dropped by Norwich for performing poorly. Hardly a recommendation to buy him.

Cody McDonald is quick, but not powerful, and is a headless chicken who can't pass to one of his own men. He is just out of non league football and is unproven at even Div One level.

but to say he can't get a game for Norwich
is a bit strange to say the least.

He has started 3 from 6 games, averaged 57 minutes a game even when the one he's missed is taken into account.

Is that "can't get a game"?

As for can't pass to a team mate, one goal-assist was brilliant. So that's at least one goal and one assist in 340 minutes

Is it boobies' nephew or step nephew that plays for Norwich, and you ask if he's seen this Cody play. I think in this case, someone knows more than you do about Norwich. Out of interest, how often do you watch Norwich? You always seem to claim to seeing a lot of their players and no one else can be right regarding their players when you're about.
