Sun Tzu
Royal Lady So is McDermott, so was Rodgers.

I know !

But apparantly Thorvaldsson is a rubbish signing because despite plenty of experience he's never played in this division.

It probably has more to do with about 6 goals in 3 seasons or whatever it is...

No, it doesn't. It was specifically that he was unproven in the Championship. His recent record is more to do with his injury problems hasn;t it ?

Platypuss IMO it points to BR giving "The Board" an ultimatum regarding making money available for January.

Which probably goes to show how much of a fool BR was in the first place. There is only space for one ego at THIS club.

Well most of the complaints I've seen are that he's done bugger all recently and that at a not great foreign club.

That's fine, but I couldn't base my post on what you've seen. I based it on specific comments made on another post.

But thanks for putting me right

Perhaps you could have made some clear reference to the specific post so I (or anyone else) knew what you were blithering on about then.

Maybe, but although I appreciate your desire to tell others how to post I'm quite happy with the way I put the comment. I hadn't asked for your response so I don't think I needed to tailor it to your personal needs.

I suspect your problem is you can't resist commenting on anything even if you have no idea what it's about.

I have the same affliction, just not at such an advanced stage as you :-)

I'm sorry, I didn't realise I wasn't allowed to comment.

Just trying to be helpful, as I said originally, the main criticisms I've seen of Thorvaldsson all across HNA are that he hasn't got a good record recently.

Shall we stop the bitchfest now? It's been diverting from being stuck inside at my mum's house with nothing to do, but it is quite tiresome.

Feel free.

As long as you recognise the right of others to point out if your comment is wide of the mark for some reason. Which is all I did.

it is tiresome but i think I've been quite patient with you and if you've got it out of your system we can move on.

Mr Angry I was surprised that BR got sacked, but assumed that someone else was lined up to replace him, and that, bearing in mind that Darren Ferguson was our #1 choice to replace Coppell (the Peterboro Chairman refused him permission to speak to us) adding 2 and 2 together seemed to point to an obvious conclusion.....

..............why that didn't happen will be an interesting story, because I can't imagine that in the 6 months since wanting the guy, we radically changed our minds on him? Which then leads to the other thought - that DF didn't fancy us after seeing our start.

Regardless, some things are fated never to be.

Not sure asking for permission to speak to him and put him on the shortlist of those being interviewed is quite the same thing as being #1 choice

I can imagine that if the club didnt see Rodgers as the answer they dont want to bring in another inexperienced outsider in as they dont think it worked with rodgers
