Sorry, I didn't realise we couldn't give opinions. Facts can be a bit boring sometimes - I just thought I'd stick my neck out for a change. I guess I should have been prepared to get my head bitten off as a result!

Opinions are fine, stating something as fact when it hasn't even occurred yet is stupid. You said "The Owls WILL finish above us now".

As for Irvine I have been reading stuff about him and it seems he is a long ball merchant who started his careeer at Preston very slowly and onlygot 9 points from his first 10 matches. At Wednesday he will need to pick points up quicker than that, and the team he is there is worse than what he had at Preston when he took over.

Pretty decent start then - that was Blackpool's 2nd home defeat of the season :|

next three games for Sheff Wed - Peterborough, Scunthorpe and Plymouth
