So IF Slovenia win this one and assuming England are good enough to beat Algeria the group position will be...

England - 4
USA - 1
Algeria - 0
Which'll mean we'll need a point from Slovenia to qualify or three points off them to win the group
Unfortunately our final games are played before the Group D final games so we have no real way of knowing what the preferred option would be!
