From Despair To Where? Looking back, for all the slagging he got whilst he was here, I wish we'd kept hold of Seol Ki-Hyeon.

Agreed..I really like seol ki hyeon...Thought he was a great player.A game changing player

FWIW, as dislikeable a player I thought he was, I thought he played f*cking well today. Again.

Perhaps the abuse he gets acts as the best possible motivation in the world ......

Yep. Reading fans don't learn with this. I still remember big Emile Heskey getting boo'd all game against wigan for having the audacity to accept england call ups and not being good enough. As he prodded the ball past our keeper he ran in front of the reading fans with his hands over his ears. I almost smiled as i was fully deserved.

If you almost smiled at that then you are not a supporter of this club.

Someone said that at the time. I am a supporter of this club, however I found the juvenile, irritating and completely consistent small time abuse of him so enraging I am almost ( ALMOST) glad he shut them up. Completely needless abuse of a model professional.

Rosenior however is a muppet. He deserves some abuse but he's largely irrelevant so not sure why it was so consistent. He's a nobody to us, long gone. Why give him attention.

I personally see where you're coming from Finerain, although I don't think I would have been able to if it was Rosenior who scored today

He's an arrogant little pcunt. Rates himself a lot higher than he actually is, and he was also involved in a number of behind the scenes scuffles which ultimately led to Coppell deciding it was time to go. He played a big part in unsettling the side.

Yup, agree with ya mate. Can just tell he loves himself, just his mannerisms. Even when Hull were training, his banter is wrong... smiles like a snake.

Yeah, he loves himself a bit...but apart from that he never did anything else to warrant the complete contempt he's being treated with. He's a bit of an arrogant cock but compare him along side someone like Leroy Lita who was out pissed bottling people every weekend and is treated like a hero....just

the last two times he's been back to the madejski he's been applauded by the east stand. i would say that was more so that he is part of our history and the best team to play in the football league, rather than a hero.

Never understood why he gets so much stick from our fans, agreed didn't exactly set the world alight in his time here BUT there is no way no one could ever question his commitment and work ethic everytime he played. Was always the last player of the pitch at away games applauding the fans.

And like what's been said on here, played well today and got the 3 points.
