TBH this result could help in the long run, should bring the players and management back down to earth and give 'em a good kick up the arse going into the last 8 games.

This was always going to be a really dangerous fixture. Especially as it's our third away game in 7 days.

On that note, over the past week we've had to travel 400 miles to and from Donny, 400 miles to and from Barnsley, and now 250 miles to and from Peterborough.

Not particularly fair scheduling if you ask me.

Chaney with the games we got coming up it will be a struggle to hang on in there for a play-off spot if tonights performance is anything to go by

I wouldn't go that far. Tonight was utterly woeful, but a lot of us saw it coming, the only thing keeping us in the race for second is west ham cocking it up. Saints had the toughest game tonight and won comfortably, as I was slammed for saying the other night...they are out of reach with their run in, we won't finish above them.

FiNeRaIn west ham result aside peterboro are 17th and we've lost comfortably 3-1, no teams wins them all but out of doncaster and p'boro we've got one point, thats pretty abysmal - they were the two easiest fixtures of our run in.

Every game is huge now. Who we get the points off is irrelevant. 3 away games in 8 days or whatever was always going to be hard regardless of opposition. Lots of travelling. Think Brian should perhaps have rotated a bit more but never mind.

Can't win em all!

Everyone thought Leeds at home would be awful but their play-offs hopes are gone now so we should be able to win that.

Besides every time we've lost a game, we've then gone on a nice little run & won the next 4-5 games. No reason why we can't again.

Wasn't scheduled like that originally though was it - blame Donny's frozen pitch.

I can't really be pissed off after the run we had. Let's just hope it's a minor blip

Formed the block of 3 trips in 1 week. Pretty crap schedule but its no excuse. Prefer the 5 points from 3 over Wet Sams 3 from 3 though tbf!

We will need to up our game now and Brian will have the defence back in the classroom watching corner kick after corner kick after that. We move on and we think back to when we did Wet Sham and Brum earlier in the season with no Roberts etc as confidence for the next run of fixtures.

Can't win 'em all!

Yes but that Donny game was then rescheduled wasn't it? And that piece of rescheduling was rather unfortunate for us.

You're supposed to say the seasons over and curse the RTG Oxf*rd's for ever thinking our useless club would ever do anything right. WTF is wrong with you?

Brian did say that he wouldn't rule out another loan signing.

On tonight's performance, a new striker wouldn't go a miss.

McDermott will get them up for the next few games. Plus this season we've had better results against the bigger sides.

Forget about Southampton and West Ham for know, just concentrate winning our games first.

I may be wrong, but isn't that rescheduling decided between the two clubs? At least it's to our advantage that WHU play away the tuesday before we go there. It was probably our priority to keep that week clear.
