If it's just who can stir up the most votes via fb it should be called the Football Blagging Awards.

Get a judge to have a look at the blogs and if Saints win, fair play to 'em.

True, but I'd like to think there's an element of people that only go out of their way to vote if they think it's deserved.

If you fancy nominating us, or said Southampton blog or any site for an award that is judged by a panel then you can do so here

Don't get me wrong, I love reading your shit. TTE is great but I'm not voting it best because I haven't looked at the others.

It's not like we're talking about getting Feds a ticket for the cup final or anything.

Absolutely fair, I'd prefer it to be judged rather than polled on to be honest but that's the nature of the Football Blogging Award. The FSF is at least judged so if you think it's worth a nod send them an email and let a panel decide.

If you do want to read a few other blogs I'd recommend http://thetwounfortunates.com/football- ... g-network/ which has links to plenty of other Football League sites, not to mention the Two Unfortunates itself which is an awesome blog.

Indeed he is! that and the Two-Hundred Percent are excellent blogs for covering football in general. Fourth Official isn't bad either.

What a tiresome little world he must live in, looking at the negative side of any situation.

Deeper look into the fixture list, with the cost to fans and the distances you'll have to clock up to do all 19 away games.

Quick look at how much promoted teams have spent, and how much their squads change during the first year in the Premier League and if there's any pattern.
