Zero chance of Junior Hoillet joining. If he's not top 4 material, I don't know who is.

I'm not suggesting anything particular but we really don't know how much WCBAP under the new regime.

They might not be.

He will go to a bigger club than Reading.

http://www.talksport.co.uk/sports-news/ ... witterfeed

Premier League new-boys Reading have launched a surprise £5million raid on Blackburn Rovers for Junior Hoilett as they look to sensationally beat a whole host of clubs to his signature.

The lightning-fast forward has been one of the only bright sparks in a dismal season for the Ewood Park outfit who have been relegated to the Championship.
And with Brian McDermott looking to strengthen the Royals’s attacking options this summer, Hoilett has been earmarked as someone who could fit the bill at the Madejski Stadium.

The 21-year-old has been being linked with Bayern Munich, Tottenham, Arsenal and Newcastle United, but Reading are looking to steal a march on their competitors, who were waiting to sign the starlet when his contract runs out at the end of June.

Difficult to believe we've got a genuine chance on this one, but if we pull it off then I've no doubt Roberts will have played a big part.

The player is attracting interest from top clubs. He has all summer to let his agent play clubs off one another to get the best deal. Reading have no chance.

It says we've bid £5m but also says he's out of contract in June?

It's wouldn't be the first time we splashed cash on a player to try and steal a march on other clubs.

Seems unlikely we'll succeed, but there's certainly no harm in giving it a crack.

He's young enough for it to go to Tribunal if they offer him a contract, so we may be trying to get in a fee Blackburn will agree to, so as to avoid delays and other clubs getting a sniff who were going to wait. Most the Prem teams for next season still have a game to play, so maybe are less focussed on transfers for next season than we are.

Ah of course, forgot about the possibility of a tribunal, makes sense. Cheers.

This has been another comedy moment brought to you by the wacky world of crazy journalism. Personally reckon we'd have more chance of signing Beckham!
