Tredder Under H, after sales and purchases, Spurs spent 11m on transfers, probs loads on wages mind.
Finished 8th, 4th, 5th and 4th, last season would probably have been 3rd had the England position not upset the harmony, twice recorded their best ever points total in the Prem, a trip to Wembley and Champions League football, he also moulded a very good side who were, at times, a delight to watch, i cannot see for one monent how he's just an average manager, yes he throws money at clubs, but he always gains success

Yep, agree with that.

+1 for the Redknapp's a helm brigade, although for LOLing @ waxjers purposes, I'm pretty disappointed that we're not seeing him manage Gerrard at the Euros.

Anyone else thinking Rodgers might be regretting jumping ship so soon? I'd imagine he would be a far better fit at Spurs than Liverpool...

Nope not in the slightest, he would still have taken the Liverpool job over Spurs as a) it's a bigger club and much more of a challenge and b) his grandfather and father were Liverpool supporters and brought him up on the team in the late 70s and early 80s.

no,stating that "not being able to read or write" has not held him back. it was not a judgement of worth.

Ideal Then your opinion would be that misrepresenting himself as an illiterate in a court of law, essentially commiting perjury, has not in any way affected his reputation and future chances with regards to his career?

it was you claimed he could neither read nor write.
