On a side note, I've just noticed we have an u21/academy page on Wikipedia [with incomings in Gogic, Fridjonsson and Urbancic already on, as well as the 8 year old we signed. Is this comprehensive/are all the nationalities right?

As there's increased focus on the youth teams it's a good time to get this up to date [profiles built for those that are in / around the first team.

If we haven't achieved EPPP Category One by the time he's 13, it's much more likely that a Cat One academy will steal him off us for a pittance. There are set contract break-points at ages 13 & 15 when kids have to re-sign - is you're not Cat One those are effectively open-season for other clubs with Cat One to snap up the best kids.

That's why the new training ground is so important and has to happen - it's essential that we get Cat One status or we'll get shafted again and again by bigger clubs.
