Should probably get this thread properly lubed up before Noel Hunt scores.

Basically, for all the many pages of bellyaching here we know what counts.

If Leeds get a result tonight we know it was definitely the wrong decision.

Agree. And vice versa if we win, then we lock this thread and WE MOVE ON! Ho Ho!

Scrappy game, but fair play: 1 - 0 to Nige at HT!

Who's a ton up?
The vote (if that's what you're referring to) is about the sacking of McDermott.
I voted yes, jury is still out on Adkins though.

After tonight's game I've definitely got a stat for our dear friend Woodcote Royal.

This thread just needs laying to rest now.

Right decision or not, who knows. But we won tonight. Let's just move on.

He always will, he is a true Gent - Respect both ways between him & the fans :)

We <3 Brian, but we move on. Adkins has big shoes to fill, lets hope he builds on tonight and does so.

Clear and deserved winners, Leeds reminded me of why I was so happy to see McDermott sacked tonight - dreadful football with no imagination. We're a team in transition and ground out a good win, passed it around well in parts and are getting better. Adkins is a far superior coach.

I have to agree there. They could barely get a touch 1st half & it was dreadful stuff.

Not taking pleasure in beating BM by any stretch but clear to see we will get better under Adkins. Morro gets better each game.

Definitely the right decision. The passing game is what we need and our players are now beginning to learn how to do it even if we do lack a cutting edge at the moment. That will come.

The Hoofball that leeds served up is horrible to watch and will never work in the premier league as was proved last season.

Best two players tonight were Pearce and Guthrie by a mile. Perhaps if brian had played them last season he would still be a premier league manager.
