I'm struggling to see what "board" and "chairman" mean in the context of the circus at Cardiff. Stating the obvious, but there are two questions:
- is Tan a good thing for Cardiff? Absolutely not.
- has Mackay pissed away Tan's money since promotion? Absolutely yes.
