Pseud O'Nymloyalroyaldaz Im guessing its only me that believes SJM jumped at the opportunuty to make a fast buck and get out when doing the deal with TSI in which case he made a monumental fcuk up?
Anyone else think the reason he is still around is not necessarily for the benefit of RFC but to get as much out of any takeover as possible?
He made his money selling cars.................
Just sayin
JHC but "make a fast buck" has to be the stupidest comment I've seen yet on this.

multisync1830 I know the shares were offered free to SJM back in September 13 if the sale wasn't concluded by June 14 so unless SJM pee'd Boris off big style I don't see why he would give them to AO & CS instead especially back in January when a sale was thought to be very close. Just makes no sense.

The idea that Anton "gave" his shares to SJM is quite complex. AZ owns shares in TSI whereas SJM owns shares in RFC holdings. In order for Anton to "give" his shares to SJM, SJM would become a shareholder in TSI.
I believe AZ gave his shares back to TSI (i.e. AO and CS) in order to prevent SJM taking back control of the club. AZ gave clear instructions to AO & CS to sell the club for £1, something he couldn't trust SJM to do.
To be clear, SJM & co could remove AO and CS as directors from the football club whenever they like (with a majority vote) but this wouldn't make any difference - as they (AO & CS) would both still hold a majority share and call the shots on any sale.

Uke Perhaps a way out would be to keep Oblio and Samuelson with a minority shareholding
Burman buys SJM out and the 2% from TSI
When they fail to deliver their part again he sues the arses off them

Have you considered the fact that maybe those two did pay their way?
You will of course riddicule this but i did say on here a few months back that i was told AZ hadnt actually paid a penny.
I was slaughtered then but the more comes out the more the things i was told ring true.
And it was from somebody who works in the financial side of things at the club.

Royal Ginger Potential New Owner: Hi chaps, nice to meet you, I'm really interrested in buying the club.
Current Board Members: Oh great, sounds good. Let's do it,
Potential New Owner: Cool. Here's some forms for you to sign,
Current Board Members: Wait...what are these?
Potential New Owner: Oh yeah, I want to to volantarily give up your wage and leave.
Current Board Members: Hold on a mo, can we talk about this?
Potential New Owner: No. If you don't sign your livelyhood away and bugger off right now i'm going to leak to the press and everyone will hate you.
Current Board Members: Woah Woah Woah, isn't this bullying and a case for constructive dismissal?
Potential New Owner: Too late, the spaztards on Hobnob have seen the tweets.

blueroyals AO and CS have earned their wage IMO. We've had 4 or 5 potential buyers this year that they've found. I'm willing to bet that in the entire 20 years pre-Anton SJM had less interest than what we've had in the last 6 months.
They're using their global contacts to find potential buyers.
