loyalroyaldaz It was definitely there. They have made such a Fcuk up of it that they have taken that bit down again.
I was one of the idiots that queued and there were no more that 30 people in front of me. Doors opened at 10:00 and I didn't get served until 10:40. By that time blocks 102, 103, 120,121 and 122 had sold out ! How the fcuk did that happen if the blocks were split into two halves, one for online and the other for in person?
As it was it would depend on which window you went to as to what ticket they had. Absolute chaos.
Luckily i ended up with tickets for Block 104 row 20 which is fine but not what I wanted and why i queued from 7:15am.
So if you got the above blocks online i hate you !!!

There wasn't an option for block 102 at all on-line. Only blocks 103 and 104 when I got in about 10:03. I chose block 103 but no seat options came up, so I assume they had all sold - so got block 104 instead. I think 102 has been reserved by the club for 'friend's and family' (and workers of the club).

loyalroyaldaz Also gotta feel for the hundreds of people behind me in that queue who will be told that Red tickets are all gone and if you want the next best then they are being sold at the other queue in the East Stand!

Personally I think the club just sold the tickets on a first come first served basis in the block you wanted regardless of calling in person or on-line. The blurb about getting better seats by calling in person was to alleviate the on-line traffic. Encouraging more people to come to the ground and perhaps spend a few bob in the club shop whilst they're up there.

I wouldn't be surprised if you're right.

Also, they could argue your choice will be better as you can ask the people for certain areas of the block, not just blue, 112 or whatever.

I think that the ticket office sold from front to back to the folks who turned up in person and online sold from back to front because those of us that bought online in Red pretty much all got the upper tickets.
This is what was meant by saying they were splitting the blocks in two, I would be well pissed off if I had queued up only to be sold a ticket in the first few rows.

Have heard 102, and 103 both reserved for friends and family of the club

Wanted 121 or 122, but was unwilling to queue at the stadium, so got Blue Upper 525 online. This means I'll be able to buy a burger with the £10 I saved on the ticket. Which is nice.

So do you think we have non STHs trying their luck this morning?, with temp staff they might well be lucky , this story of blocks being sold out already and one guy getting 17 tickets seems worrying

No Fixed Abode The people who called in person have got the front rows. They're certainly not the best seats unless you like watch the subs warm up and a stream of stewards walking past quite often. Plus the 1st tier isn't that steep until you get further back.

Once again your talking out of your arse!

Went up in person. They offered me tickets half way up the lower tier. I said I would prefer to be towards the back on the lower tier to which they duly obliged with no nonsense.

Basically go up in person and get tickets where you want.

Their slow and probably temp agency staff, but very helpful
