I've registered but having issues linking my new Royals Account to my member card ID to transfer over purchase history and royalty points. Anyone else having the same issue? I

Try to log in as if you were going to buy tickets.

That is where I was able to see my points.

Done it, but it is a bit clunky. Once you link your account but the system doesn't tell you or offer a link where you can go to check that your points have transferred to the new account

So I just quit the session and then went back to the OS and clicked the Royals Account link and then clicked the Tickets link and then Sign in and once in everything looked OK.

Linking to other people seems to be a problem, they need an account first which isn't what was advertised

Our average gate appears to have been 14,991 for 2018/19. This is by some distance our lowest average attendance at Championship level since we moved to the Madejski.

I would say that considering the way we started this season, after last season, having an average attendance of 15,000 wasn't all too bad.

esp. when you consider a number of "big" clubs would have had a reduced allocation thanks to 1871 setting up in the South Stand

Tbf they have got back to me quickly and resolved

Problem is IT systems are costly and prone to error. I suspect a lot of the ‘testing’ is basically done on live customers and fix it as it goes

Mine literally took less than 10 minutes and I had no issues. Errors don’t seem to be affecting everyone.

Mine was no bother - but can't link to family yet, as they need to sort out their accounts too. Points tally and history is correct also. There's obviously some issue with some email addresses though

I seemed to get lucky, although it was misleading in linking to my member card number. For some reason it was asking me to re-enter ‘Mr’ and Save, before going to the screen to enter my member no.

I haven’t tried to navigate the site yet. I’ll look at it on the laptop tomorrow as it’ll be clearer than on the phone.

Both emails finally arrived, 1st one around 11.00pm, 2nd early hours around 3.00am.

Anyone having any trouble with mobile compatibility? Everything works great on laptop and can see the new ticket areas etc but on my phone clicking either “News” or “Tickets” elicits no response.

Yeah. Switched to laptop in the end and now all done, including adding fam and friends.
