Game died down really.

09 Nov 2019 16:56The difference is shocking. And we're not even playing that well. Last two second halves have been weak. This first half wasn't a lot more than decent.Hound wrote:Easy this champ lark isn’t it?
Wonder if anyone still thinks Jose was doing a good job?

09 Nov 2019 17:20Isn't it funny that not 4 weeks ago, everybody on here, Twitter and Facebook were frothing at the mouths and calling him a snake. Now they are absolutely loving him.Old Man Andrews wrote:Is Bowen still a snake?
Fascinating to look back. We conceded so many goals to future Reading players - including 9 vs Bristol Rovers.Zammo wrote:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1998%E2%8 ... #Results_2
First season at the Mad Stad fixtures, results and goal scorers. Certainly wasn't as bad as I had remembered. Shaky two opening games, and other than Bristol Rovers hitting us for six we were fairly solid throughout. Was at both Wrexham and Bristol Rovers away; 7 goals conceded pre-first home game of the season![]()
Highlights were the Luton at home (obvs), Wycombe away (Martin Williams) and Stoke away (4-0) - Stuart Gray running from the halfway line to score the 4th. Scenes.
Great memories !

09 Nov 2019 17:56The reaction on here was fairly favourable or at worse people were open minded. Social media was a complete hot bed of morons calling him a snake, that's who my reference was aimed at more than here. From Despair To Where? wrote:Pretty sure the only person on here calling Bowen a snake was reading4eva and just about everyone laughed at him for being a dick.
