Sanguine Agreed that Antonio was a big oversight, and for the reasons you state - I simply don't see how he couldn't have added more to the squad than the likes of Watkins and Bamford.

He's 31 now (fcuking hell) - totally understand why he ultimately decided to represent Jamaica.

Rumours are that he isn’t going to carry on with Jamaica either - don’t believe they can quality for the World Cup now (could be wrong here) and by the time the best major tournament comes up, may be too old. That, with his dodgy hamstrings, makes it rather futile carrying on with them. Can perhaps instead focus on pushing West Ham to another European finish and dare I say, top four finish, they’re a very efficient side

And a big Fcuk You to all those people who said Moyes was a shit manager. A few on here tbh.

Yep, known as a “roundabout manager”, a “dinosaur” etc but he’s clearly a solid manager. Needs a strong foundation to work off though, obviously didn’t work at Sunderland

He didn't compare it to THE holocaust, he said the performance was A holocaust. Two different things entirely but why you'd ever want to mention the word is beyond me. He's just a complete idiot.

How he’s still employed by a football club is a mystery. An awful person and it’s not even like he gets results either (not that that would condone his actions in any case)

Didn’t he do something to the Barnsley manager a few years back too?

Quite liked Lee Johnson’s comments this evening after beating QPR

“I’d love Arsenal or Tottenham away and then wait for the really big guns when it’s two legs”

I guess it’s true but perhaps not the wisest thing to say. Will only add motivation to them if they do draw Sunderland in the next round

He beat him up in the tunnel

He assaulted his Mrs too not long ago

His brothers in prison for killing a black person with an axe. Lovely family

Credit where credit’s due, at least he tried to speak in a French accent, and I believe it goes a long way with the locals if you at least try to speak in a French accent.

Would have been better if he's tried to actually speak French, you know, "Je m'appelle Joey. Le singe est dans l'abre. Tu me parle?"

He sounded like the spy from Allo Allo.

I used to think Barton was misunderstood. I now realise it was me doing the misunderstanding

Yeah, used to give him a bit of leeway due to what sounded like a bad childhood. Product of his environment and all that but even though he's aware of that it doesn't seem from the outside that's he's worked that hard on getting better.

That's the same Spurs that have now lost half of their games and have a goal difference of -7 which is only less than the 3 clubs in the relegation places.
A good result for Man Utd but IMHO they are far from being the title contenders that some pundits thought they would be at the start of the season and after their latest annual spend-up.

Spurs are 17th in the current form table, above Leeds, Newcastle and Norwich.
A good result, as you say, but not a game changer. For United it was a must win
