Snowflake Royal Because We're not in any actual danger.

You said yourself if Derby win their next two you’d be worried
That was quite feasible

But they haven't won them. And we've just equalised.

Stop bedwetting.

He doesn’t need you to back him up

No but you do need to be told to stop panicking. You'll do yourself a mischief.

Unbelievable stuff, excellent character from the lads, did not see that whatsoever at half time and especially after an hour either. Rode our luck but really pleased for the lads, tough 2 fixtures over this period and we've got 4 points from them.

Let's go and beat Hull next week and get it all over and done with now. Or a point will do if either of the two chasing us drop points, not bothered as to which.

McIntyre. Legend.

Snowflake Royal The least likely team to catch us are the only ones currently not dropping points and people are getting pissy knickers.

This is factually incorrect though, just thought I'd let you know.

It's not. Prior to today Peterborough had the worst GD, 1 more point than Barnsley but fewer games to play.

Right, but at the time of writing they were the closest challenger and remain so now as well. So, yes, it was, and still is, factually incorrect.

to ten men?

Yes in terms of the entire amount of players they'll have in their squad come June 1st.

Snowflake Royal Fanbloodytastic

Genuinely didn't think that had any chance of happening.

I was seconds away from switching off at 4-1 then Ince's goal went in so I thought ok I'll watch this you never know.

In stoppage time I had mentally consoled myself that Derby and Barnsley were losing and 4-3 is a good fightback.

Then my dear loved one on the other side, whose anniversary of passing is today decided to pull some strings for me.

The result won't be important points-wise, but mentality it's huge. The teams is getting its self-belief back and the fans are actually starting to enjoy games! It's a great way to finish a season.

That is why you never leave a game that’s not dead early. Just danced up and down row Z like a loon. What a game.

And Puscas just scored for Pisa

Peterborough have to win their last 3 games to overtake us ... because of their bad GD.

It does now mean that Peterborough and Barnsley will have to win their remaining fixtures due to our superior goal difference over both. Whereas Peterborough could have afforded to have dropped points when we were losing. Yes, it's splitting hairs and doesn't mathematically leave us safe, but realistically it does. Agree with the mental point as well of course.

For all the questions of our character within the squad when people were doubting us.

I believe Tom McIntyre was created by scientists to stop us getting relegated.

You’re right about the mentality, but I think the extra point is crucial.

Both Peterborough* and Barnsley now need to win all their remaining games as goal difference with Barnsley is now irrelevant

*Peterborough would need to recover a 17 goal deficit if they draw one

[edit] has anyone mentioned that Derby are relegated ?

They've got Forest next.

Absolutely gnawing my fingers down to stumps today but its days like today that make it all worth the stress. Absolutely mental stuff.
