Winston Biscuit Southampton sign goalkeeper Gavin Bazuna for £12.5M who has played 2 seasons in League 1
over 70 games played, Players Player of the season at Pompey, only 20.

A lot of £ for a keeper.

They will get a good 5 years at least of 1st team out of him and could go for mega bucks in his prime

Southampton know their shit when it comes to players like that

He may end up being sensational. I was just a little gobsmacked at the cost of someone who has only proven themselves so far in the 3rd tier.

Gavin Okeroghene Bazunu - beautiful traditional Irish name. City picked him up from Shamrock Rovers, and that really is a bargain! Sadly Reading stopped monitoring the ROI for talent once the Russian dickhead took over. We've missed some crackers in that time!

Shamrock Rovers reportedly with a 15% sell on clause too. If true that will be huge for them.

Axel Witsel on a free to Ateltico. Cracking signing (if his attitude doesn't upset Simeone)

Do you think Simeone gets upset at people?

He seems to love those shithouse type of players

I think it is called "reading the papers" as once again this poster is late with the news (in today's paper).

Chelsea loan Lukaku to Inter for £7M having bought him from Inter for £97.5M just 10 months ago

No obligation to purchase at the end of the loan. Chelsea will continue to cover £60k a week of his wages. Next summer he will still have 3 years of his Chelsea left to run.

Think he is the kind of player who is better off being "the man" in a slightly unfancied team, see his spell at Everton. He was the focal point.

Borussia Dortmund signing Sébastien Haller for €35m from Ajax as their replacement for Haaland

West Ham aside, his number are very decent

Top scorer in the Dutch league last season and scored 11 goals in 8 Champions League games too
